Setting A Goal For Weight Loss And Sticking To It

For most people the hardest part to losing weight is taking the first step and sticking with it.  Actually taking the first move and deciding to lose weight can be the hardest thing in the world, but it’s the only thing that will bring about change. So how do you do it?

One way that I’ve found to help accomplish difficult tasks is to setup a calendar and write down when I expect to have accomplished my goal by. For instance, if I wanted to lose 30 pounds before May 4th, I’d write down the following under May 4th: “I’ve now lost 30 pounds of fat altogether”. That’s what I would put under May 4th. I do this with any goal I’m trying to take care of, and it really helps.

It also helps to have a start day for when you’re going to start eating right, or cut out junk foods, or whatever. Make sure its a feasible date that’s not surrounded by other events that might throw you off course (wedding’s, birthday’s, any situations you’re going to be in that might make following a strict diet difficult).

Losing Weight After Taking Supplements!
